Three NYC landmarks were of the photo-sharing app’s most tagged locations

Tourists from around the world travel to New York City to sight-see, sample the local cuisine and post on Instagram, apparently.

This week, the photo-sharing app released its year in review, announcing the trendiest hashtags, the most popular photos, and the cities and locations where users posted from the most often.

Unsurprisingly, users geotagged their photos with the Big Apple more than any other city. Moscow and London landed second and third on the list, while Disneyland beat out Times Square as the most popular location.
