Our East 77th Street furnished apartments are part of a single pre-war gated complex that spans three building addresses on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, just east of York Avenue between East 77th and East 78th Streets. The three building entrances are 508 East 78th Street, 517 East 77th Street, and 509 East 77th Street. All three buildings share a common courtyard, security, and amenities — apartments are assigned across the three buildings based on availability and apartment size. The complex sits one block from the FDR Drive and East River, approximately a ten-minute walk to Memorial Sloan Kettering, Weill Cornell Medicine, Hospital for Special Surgery, and The Rockefeller University.

For the safety of our staff and guests. . Sadly, we have had to make the tough decision not to allow dogs and other pets on the property.
