What’s included in rent?
Nicely furnished apartments with full modern kitchens and baths. All have hardwood floors, microwaves, heat, air conditioning and hot water are included in the price. Depending on availability, kitchens or kitchenettes in the room. Wi-Fi and weekly room cleaning are also available.
Is there a laundry facility and bike room?
We do not have a laundry facility, fitness facility, or bike room. There are laundry services and gyms in the neighborhood.
Is there a security or reception desk?
We do not have security staff at the Union Square location. We do have a management office in the building and maintenance team during business hours.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required.
Can I visit the residence before applying?
Yes! Click here to schedule an in-person visit.. Your friends/family are also welcome to schedule a visit on your behalf. Please take note of the room # that you prefer to reserve. Virtual tours are not currently available at this residence.
What is included with rent?
All utilities, Wi-Fi, electric, gas, water is included is rent. There will be no additional costs aside from any add-on services that you may have requested.
Can I bring my pet / service animal?
For the safety of our staff and guests. . Sadly, we have had to make the tough decision not to allow dogs and other pets on the property. Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit. This “No Pets” policy applies to: All Pets, Emotional Support Animals, Comfort Animals, Therapy Animals
Can I have packages sent to the residence before I move in?
Yes! Feel free to send packages to the location that you are scheduled to move into. The mailing address will be sent to you in the confirmation email.

Furniture, Air conditioners, air coolers, and electric heaters, candles or Incense, drugs and other controlled substances without prescription, Flammable decorations including natural or artificial Christmas trees, Halogen lamps, Extension cords and multi-plug adapters (Exception: Power strips with built-in surge protectors are permitted),Hot plates, grills, or other open flame devices, pets or animals of any kind, Weapons of any kind: This includes firearms, fireworks, ammunition, knives, swords, or explosives.
