We have rooms that can fit up to 4 or 5 people. Please see the other FAQ’s regarding roommates. Make sure to let us know how many people are in your group when making an inquiry or reservation.
Only one of our residences has rooms that utilize communal bathrooms which is the 99th street residence. 4 or 5 rooms share 1 bathroom. You are permitted to use the other bathrooms on your floor or anywhere else in the residence.
Typically there is no charge if your guest visits for less than 5 days. An increased rent rate will apply for a longer period of time.
Yes, but please make arrangements with us in advance. We would have to make sure that there is a room and bed(s) large enough. Make sure that the other person’s information is on the application. We are not able to supply you with another bed if your accommodation only has one bed.
Rarely will we offer you a housing option that requires you to share with another person. We do have a few apartments that have shared roommate options but you will be notified in advance if we are offering you a shared option. You are permitted to bring a roommate. See the other frequently asked questions for more information on roommates and guests.
We typically do not place you with a roommate. You can share a room/apartment if you are bringing someone with you. If you have a roommate or significant other, make sure to add their information to the online application. We may have shared options available so you can still request a roommate. Again, we rarely have shared options available.
