We have over 12 locations mostly in various Manhattan neighborhoods and a several in Queens Brooklyn and the Bronx. These neighborhoods include the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side, Midtown West, Union Square, SOHO, Lower East Side and Chelsea. Absolutely! First inquire about availability for the dates you need housing for. Once we confirm availability, schedule for a tour by filling out a request form HERE . Make sure to select “Schedule a Tour” on the application.

No. We might make exceptions for very small items.

No. minor cosmetics or decorations might be permitted but please request permission in advance.

Only one of our residences (99th street)  has communal kitchens. At this location there is one kitchen pn every floor.  You are permitted to use any kitchen in the residence. Kitchens have a sink, stove, oven for cooking, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchens are NOT equipped with utensils, pots, or pans. All rooms have a private refrigerator.

Only one of our residences has rooms that utilize communal bathrooms which is the 99th street residence.  4 or 5 rooms share 1 bathroom. You are permitted to use the other bathrooms on your floor or anywhere else in the residence.
