 Why Student Hosuing Works

Student Housing Works NYC compared to other apartments and campus dorm options. Student housing for NYC college students is considered to be increasingly difficult to find in the New York City.  As more in-person classes become available at college campuses, housing becomes less available.  Securing your housing as far in advance as possible should be a priority.

Why Students & Interns Love The Upper East Side.

New York City’s Upper East Side stretches from 59th Street up to 97th Street, with the East River and Central Park/Fifth Avenue as its boundaries. Living on the Upper East Side, you won’t be too far from anything. The 4/5/6 trains all run along Lexington Avenue and the Q train runs along 2nd Avenue, easily connecting residents to Downtown Manhattan. More info on the Upper East Side Here. Book today!

How much will be for my reservation if it’s for 6 weeks? Example: Jan 1 to Feb 10.

Each month’s rent is calculated by the rate divided by the number days in the specific month, multiplied by the number of nights spent in each prorated month.
The above booking would be: Jan: $2,000 + Feb: $2,000÷28X9 nights=$643 Total $2,643 based on a single room rate. The formula applies to all prorated bookings, no matter the length of stay.
